Except for a little delay in the exam room due to a meeting Dr Bromley couldn't get out of, everything was very professionally done. The visit went well and Dr Bromley was understanding of and totally knowledgeable of James situation and history

Dr. Bromley, and his associate, Robert Kirk, are the best around, very knowledgeable. They know how to listen, and subscribe what you need. If something needs changing, they fix it.

It sometimes takes a while waiting to get in to see Dr. Bromley, but when he is ready he is quite thorough, not at all rushed, and gives me his full attention and support. He always answers all of my questions fully and completely.

The woman at the check in desk looks like she doesn’t want to be there. How about a smile and say good morning.
The issue we have is getting someone on the phone when it’s necessary to call. No one ever picks up and it goes to leave a message. I am still waiting for a return call from when I left a message yesterday!
