Brandy is great, and so are the other doctors wonderful. The only thing I have a problem with, is the way one secretary answers the phone, she yells across the room, she doesn’t say hold please, I asked nicely to speak to someone, she doesn’t anything, like please hold will see if the person is available,she is rude, I am paying 150.00 a visit, I am a patient, treatment with respect.This person doesn’t treat ppl with respect,I thought it was just me, others told me. I ask her several times to get a receipt,she says didn’t u just get one here?! I said it was a phone visit, also I need the , paper that goes with the receipt, I said Lucy knows the paper I need. Now she sends me a booklet, of my illness, Clover wants I DM I don’t no if it’s called that, Lucy knows. So now it’s Dec 24 I still need the other paper. Called this morning no one calls back. Antoinette Mayo, I have never complained in yrs. Merry Christmas, Dr Bromley, Dr. Price and Brandy and happy new year. I would take care of that reception area only like one girl and she is rude. She’s not paying my bill I am.

Dr. Bromley is very knowledgeable and stays on the cutting edge of medicine. There is no cure for my condition but his treatment regimens have significantly improved my quality of life.

Brandee does a through job during your visit. Brandee will answer any questions. She'll recommend test or labs that she feels are needed to help with the diagnosis.

Cordial, teaching, ensuring understanding, prompting questions… Dr. Bromley encompasses all these traits and practices. I don’t know if he’s taking new patients, but you can’t do better.

Dr. Pries spent a lot of time with me. He listened to all my concerns & went over a good treatment plan with me. He’s a very attentive & caring doctor! I would highly recommend him to everyone!

If you have MS you should do yourself a favor and see Dr. Bromley. When I started my diagnosis journey I was with Jefferson followed by Penn and both experience were a nightmare. Herd mentality with regards to your care and never being able to speak to your provider directly with out sitting on the phone for forever. My husband and I had our appointments just this past week and between the two of us he spent 3 hours with us. To say he is amazing at what he does would be an understatement!

Dr. Bromley and his team have been amazing. They have been by my side for 7 years now with my MS diagnosis. Dr. Bromley is a very caring doctor and wants nothing but the best for his patients. I am beyond grateful for him and his team.

The Dr. Preis is an excellent neurologist, who is well informed and up-to-date on all the latest advances in his field. In addition, he is incredibly observant and thorough. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Pries is the most knowledgeable and caring doctor, and I am so grateful to have been able to call him my neurologist for years! Dr. Pries has helped me through many complex medical challenges, and at every appointment he addresses my whole body and mind. His ability to diagnose and treat things no other doctor noticed, suggesting trials of medications and supplements that have literally changed my life. I truly don't know where I would be without Dr. Pries and I am forever grateful!

I love how smart and compassionate he is. I have a rare genetic condition that took over 20 years for a correct diagnosis. The first time I saw him, he told me what was wrong with me. It was confirmed through genetic testing. Though there is no cure, he has improved my quality of life significantly. Though his practice no longer takes insurance, I will ride with him until the end!!! He is brilliant and the best healthcare practitioner I know. ( As a healthcare provider myself, I know alot of providers).

I love Dr Bromley. You may have to wait a while, but the wait is worth it! The staff is also very nice and friendly.
