This office is incredibly frustrating. After taking my mother to her first appointment in July 2024, we had 2 scheduled appointments to follow up that never came to fruition because on both occasions when we arrived the doctor was not there. The office NEVER called us to cancel the appointment. We finally got an appointment in June 2025 and waited an hour and 25minutes after the appointment time to finally see the doctor. This was a follow up appointment from almost a year ago and it felt like we started at ground zero with another order for tests. The next appointment available to meet with the doctor again isn’t until December. Let’s hope there is nothing critical in the results that requires medical intervention. We will be looking for a different neurologist.
